South Side Canal Reach McClellan Wash Siphon BW‐IIA, Sacaton, AZ
The project consisted of installing 4,878 LF 96” DRGRCP C‐361 pipeline, including flowmeter, flowmeter vault and controls. Each joint was tested individually at time of installation. The installed lines were backfilled with ½ sack slurry to springline, and also involved 3/8” chips and filter fabric to 1’ above the pipeline.

Original Completion Date: June 1, 2014; Substantial Completion Date: April 1, 2014. This pipeline crossed several farm fields that needed to be restored prior to planting; we accelerated our schedule to meet the needs of the farmers.
Problems encountered and corrective actions taken: Our crews have done over $30 million of pipeline work for the Gila River Indian Community – Pima‐Maricopa Irrigation Project. Any unforeseen circumstances were handled with immediate action and without escalation.
