CANAL 8 PIPELINE INSTALLATION AND CANAL ENCLOSURE
This project was an adjunct to the Four Mile Post Pump Station Expansion. We installed 9,090 linear feet of 48” PVC pipe and 3,135 linear feet of 36” PVC pipe within the existing Canal 8 alignment. We also installed two PLTO turnouts, 10 precast manholes, gates, trash racks, and other appurtenances. Excess earthen material from one of the O&M roads was used to backfill the existing canal. This project extension added $3 Million in value to the 4 Mile Post project.
